I thought it would be worthwhile to follow up on the Barbecook barbecue order. I did a fair amount of research and reports were very good for this product. It has now been used a few times and i have to say it is the best design i have used. The airflow system inside the pedestal works really well, enables easy lighting and a very good control of the heat when cooking. It handled chicken breasts, sausages and burgers, at the end i opened up the air and cooked some very nice Aberdeen Angus Sirloins, which were delicious. On a score of 1-10 for quality and performance it makes a 10 on both scales.
